No. You can contact us about your project at any time, no matter what stage you’re at. While we’ll need plans to produce a quote, we can start talking about your ideas and expectations before you’ve reached out to an architect or surveyor. We can even recommend one if you’d like us to.

Absolutely. We pride ourselves on offering a fully comprehensive service, with everything you need under one roof. We work with a highly skilled and experienced team with the expertise to handle every aspect of a building project, right from bricklaying to the final touches.

Of course! After having an initial chat on the phone, we’ll pop round to take a look and talk to you in more detail. This will allow us to create a free, accurate, detailed quote for you to look through and consider. We’re always here to answer questions, and you're under no obligation to go ahead.

We’re able to guarantee prices for at least 6 months after providing a quote. In most cases, we’re able to honour these quotes for much longer, and we will do for as long as we can. However, as the cost of building materials changes so quickly, we may need to make amendments after 6 months.

Availability varies depending on the projects we’re currently working on, and the size and scale of your own project. We’re often able to fit smaller jobs around larger projects, but for more extensive work the wait can be up to a year. We recommend getting in touch with us as soon as possible.

All projects undertaken by us are personally overseen by Phoenix Construction’s Terry Scotchett. Terry will be your dedicated point of contact for the duration of the work. He’ll continually monitor progress and keep you up-to-date. You can reach out to him at any point, too.

A deposit will be required to secure your start date. Beyond that, we develop personalised payment schedules that align with the schedule of works necessary to complete your project. Final payment will be required once all works have been carried out and you have your certificate of completion.
