Having never taken on a project anything like this before the task was a little daunting. However, from the moment we sat down with Terry we felt vastly reassured. Terry was able to talk through the different stages and requirements of the build in detail, letting us know when we would need to be more involved and when we could leave it to him. The build started a week earlier than planned, the crew were always on time and polite, and Terry was on site every morning in the beginning. Throughout the build Terry was always available to answer our questions and to guide us through what the priorities were and what could wait.
